Job Opportunities:

 The Telecommunicator works as the first of the first responders whose primary responsibility is to receive, process, transmit and/or dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls for law enforcement, fire, emergency medical and other public safety services via telephone, radio and other communication devices. Shares and disseminates information with other law enforcement agencies via Colorado/National Crime Information center (CCIC/NCIC) and Colorado Bureau of investigation (CBI) computer systems.

Part-Time Library Assistant 

The City of Rocky Ford is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Library Assistant to join our team at the Rocky Ford Public Library. This part-time position (30 hours per week) plays a key role in creating a welcoming and helpful environment for all library patrons.

As a Library Assistant, you will support daily operations by staffing the circulation desk, assisting patrons with materials, technology, and general inquiries, and helping maintain an organized and accessible collection. This position also supports the planning and delivery of library programs and community events, contributing to the library’s mission of learning, engagement, and connection.
