February 3rd - FAQ: You Can Now Monitor Your Water Usage In Real-Time

đź’§One of the great things about our new Waterscope program is the Leak Alert, which goes directly to the account holder first thing in the morning.

We don't get the alert until the next day. So, if you have a 2-gallon per minute leak that amounts to 2,880 gallons per day. If the leak happens on a weekend that would be 8,640 gallons by the time the City would contact you.

đźšżWe've already heard of some great stories where leaks have been detected saving citizens money!

Sign up for Waterscope Online: https://www.cityofrockyfordco.gov/register-your-new-water-meter-online

WaterScope offers real-time water monitoring and leak alerts, helping citizens manage usage and prevent waste.
