Request for Proposal: City Attorney Services

The City of Rocky Ford is requesting proposals from qualified law firms or individual attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services as the City Attorney.  The selected attorney or firm will be responsible for representing the city in legal matters, providing legal advice to the City Council and staff, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Proposals should demonstrate the applicant's experience in municipal law, ability to handle a wide range of legal issues, and commitment to serving the best interests of the City of Rocky Ford.  Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals no later than 5:00 pm on February 24, 2025.
